• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I do not at this time. Unfortunately, it is just too costly these days, and there are too many opportunities for things to get lost along the way. Rather than gouging customers to cover the extra insurance against loss or damages, I've had to temporarily suspend the option of international shipping. If the rates ever even out to be more reasonable again, I will be more than happy to start accepting new international sales.

  I will, however, accept sales for PDF sewing patterns from everywhere, as these do not need to be shipped, and therefore do not cost me anything extra.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship everything through USPS with tracking and insurance. Orders should be received within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped. Orders requiring special shipping (anything heavy or too large for a Priority Mail padded flat-rate envelope) may take extra time to ship. PDF pattern downloads will be emailed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Please contact me if you have not received your pattern and it has been more than 48 hours.

  Made-to-Order items take longer to ship because they require time for construction. Please keep this in mind when ordering and order well ahead if you need an item by a specific date. It is worth the extra wait to receive a high-quality, handmade item at an affordable price, but I do try to get orders finished and shipped as quickly as possible. I do occasionally offer rush options for an added charge, so please feel free to inquire about this option if you need something made quickly!

• Once an item is sold out, will it ever be re-stocked?

  Unfortunately, most of my products are one-off pieces that cannot be exactly recreated. Exceptions tend to be for doll clothes or Blockheads from themed series. If I notice an increase in demand for a sold-out item, I will re-release the item in question in limited quantities. However, since all of my items are made by hand and therefore unique, they will never be exactly the same as the original.

  In the case of custom orders or commissioned pieces, I do not offer copies, but will be happy to work with you to create a similar piece to satisfy your needs.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
